Like always some dish stay, some got replace or are transformed to fit season or our desire of the moment, & of course some comeback from earlyer menu.

If I had to put a theme in this New Menu it will be Surf & Turf

Or Terre et Mer. Its a culinary practise unorthodox of working. fish and shellfish with Poultry, lamb or beef and other meat. & like you know opposites attract each other.

We have a dish back from last year that many was fan of !
